I have been to the US a few times now and have driven and riden through numerous states. This book has provided me with a better understanding of some of the great rides I haven’t done yet. We are heading back to Sturgis in 2020 so will definitely use this book for further rides and stops

We went to Sturgis in 2014 with Gay and Paul Zazryn 10 out 10 but we want to do it on our own in 2021. So that’s why I purchased the book, great information will help us a lot cheers Rob.

This book was very informative for me . I have travelled to the States before but not on a bike and not for quite some time . I am going over for Sturgis 80th Anv. Next year. I am planning to take my own bike with me to ride and make it a 5 week or so trip so found a lot of useful information in here.
Information I would rather know now while I am planning my trip instead of finding out later. - Rated 5 out of 5

Good content and explanations. We have rode North America extensively and you represent different areas accurately. Very helpful to offer options for transporting bikes from Australia, paperwork needed and clothing to pack. Nice book!

Fantastic book. I just finished a Vegas To Sturgis trip and was interested to see how it compared and so the next trip can be even better. Great info and a very well thought out and put together book. If you’re planning a trip to the States (even if you’re driving) a very handy book to have.

Having travelled extensively around the US, albeit by car or tour bus, I have found this book to be an excellent guide to doing the best of the Lower 48 by bike, or car. from getting your ESTA,(watch out for the ratbag sites that want to charge you more that the $14 you need), through all sorts of stuff you probably hadn’t thought of before you begin that trip of a lifetime. The only problem with this book is which trip to do, this time. Well done Linda, makes me want to find a Triumph and go back to see it all from two wheels.

What an absolutely rip snorter of a book so full of important info. The only thing not covered is which airline to use. I’ve already been in touch with Heavy Duty Tours and booked my spot. Plus working on my own ride when finished the tour. If you are thinking about doing this, then this is the ants pants book of info. Read it you will enjoy it.
